Privacy policy
Short answer
We collect only what you choose to give: your email and city for alerts, and optional name, city and story if you share one. We never ask for health, ID, Social Security or financial details. We don’t sell your data. Email partners@leadpipehelp.org to delete it.

“Send this to a family member” opens your own email or text app. We never see or store the other person’s contact info. We do not text readers.
What we never collect
Health information, government ID numbers, Social Security numbers, income or bank details.
Your choices
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe that works right away. Email partners@leadpipehelp.org to see or delete your data.
Plumber quotes (when available) are run by a referral partner. If you use one, the form will say that your details go to that provider.
